Coaching Pioneer: With 30+ years of experience, Lyn was coaching before it was a recognized field, applying advocacy across corporate, community, and media platforms.
The Resilience Paradigm: After overcoming chronic illness, she identified Resilience Principles as the foundational “umbrella” for all holistic healing modalities.
Mission: As Director of Advancing Nurse Coaching, she empowers nurses to shift from administrative burnout to heart-centered leadership through the power of insight.
Teresa Walding

Nursing Background: A BSN-educated nurse (Boise State, 1993) with clinical experience in ICU, psych, and pediatrics. In 2015, she overcame chronic pain and burnout through a profound “inside-out” understanding of Resilience Principles.
Professional Transformation: Now a Board-Certified Nurse Coach and Associate Director of Advancing Nurse Coaching, she is a recognized speaker and content expert across national conferences and media.
