Advancing Nurse Coaching has been a cornerstone in advancing my nursing career and collaborating in the community, the way I provide results-oriented care to my clients and patients.
Isabel Bruce RN
Have you heard of “Make Sense Nursing”?
It’s that joy of seeing them have an ‘aha’ moment when their wisdom and truth are revealed.
Jan Kinder, RN, BA, HWNC-BC, HN-BC
It’s been really really powerful and very moving. It’s gotten me to places I was hoping to get to, and maybe didn’t know I could get to.
Dr. Anne Curtis
Nurse Coaching is about You
As much as nurse coaching helps clients, nurse coaching was created for nurses.
It gives nurses a way out of burnout; whether that’s through more opportunities or through entrepreneurship.
Lifting up nurses is lifting up all of healthcare.

What does a Nurse Coach do?
A Nurse Coach is a registered nurse who practices as both a licensed nurse and as a health coach (what is a health coach).
Nurse Coaches combine their nursing expertise with coaching strategies to improve client health outcomes.
Nurse Coaching can happen anywhere.
The practice of Nurse Coaching can happen online or in-person almost anywhere. It’s just a private consultation between the client & the nurse.
Many nurse coaches open their own businesses, others are finding work in more traditional roles at companies or institutions.
Nurse Coaching is a blossoming career path.
Where you take it is in your hands.
Our Program is Different
We believe that to best serve our clients we must begin with the nurse.
Our program begins with, and is focused on, teachings which help the nurse live better so that helping others can be done from a place of peace & clarity.
When we practice from peace, we do our best work.
We don’t teach skills or modalities; We teach students about how our minds work so that we can transform our lives.
Our teaching is simple but takes time to master.
