We had an amazing time at the conference and can’t wait until next year!
The TNA Annual Conference was a powerful gathering that celebrated the collective strength of nurses. This year’s theme, The Power of Us: Advancing Our Profession Together, highlighted the importance of collaboration, innovation, and shared knowledge in transforming the nursing profession. Nurses came together to showcase the meaningful work being done in healthcare, tackled pressing issues head-on, and explored strategies to enhance patient care. Attendees engaged in meaningful discussions, networked with peers, and gained insights to lead change in their practice.
The conference featured an exciting lineup of speakers, including Dr. Olga Yakusheva, an internationally recognized expert on the economic value of nursing, and Tim Cunningham, Board President of Clowns Without Borders, who focused on systemic well-being for healthcare professionals. Their sessions dove into topics like the financial impact of nursing on healthcare systems and promoting well-being in challenging environments—key areas that resonated with our mission at NurseCoaching.com.

Advancing Nurse Coaching presented a poster at this year’s conference! Our poster explored how nurse coaching can empower nurses to overcome burnout, enhance patient care, and lead with resilience. By integrating the Principles of Resilience—Mind, Consciousness, and Thought—we showcased how nurse coaching fosters a deeper connection to inner wisdom, helping nurses thrive in their personal and professional lives.
