What makes Advancing Nurse Coaching different from other nurse coaching programs?

We don’t teach techniques—we teach how human experience actually works, using the Three Principles (Mind, Thought, Consciousness) and the understanding M = mc(∞²).

You’ll learn to coach without tools, checklists, or scripts (which nurses love because you’re already drowning in checklists).

This is an AHNCC-approved paradigm shift that changes how you live and how you help others heal—not just another certification.

When does the next class start?

Some live coaching calls (usually over zoom) are in small groups with other students. Students have an opportunity to collaborate and learn along with other students.

We have a rolling enrollment and you can start at any time.

Can I talk with someone before enrolling?

Absolutely, please send us a message and we will be in touch.

You’re in the right place if you’re a nurse who knows deep down there’s more to nursing than tasks, protocols, and burnout cycles. This program is for you if you want to reconnect with the reason you became a nurse, help people in a way that feels natural and deeply human, experience more clarity and resilience from the inside-out, and coach others using insight and presence rather than tools or scripts. If you’ve ever thought, “I know I’m meant for more,” you’ll feel at home here.

What if I’ve already tried mindfulness, meditation, functional medicine, or other modalities? Will this conflict?

Not at all. The Three Principles explain why those approaches sometimes help and sometimes don’t—without depending on any technique. Students regularly say, “This was the missing piece that finally made everything else make sense.”

I’m a science-focused nurse. Is this too “woo-woo”?

Quite the opposite. The Three Principles are a grounded description of human psychology backed by neuroscience, psychoneuroimmunology, stress physiology, cognitive science, and the placebo effect. Our equation M = mc(∞²) bridges science and the deeper intelligence behind life without reducing either. This program speaks fluently to both the scientist and the soul in every nurse.

I’m spiritual. Will I feel at home here?

Absolutely. We honor the spiritual nature of being human without pushing any belief system. Our approach aligns beautifully with universal spiritual truth, Biblical wisdom, intuition, and the understanding that we are created with innate divine intelligence.

What if I don’t want to start my own business—just want to be a better nurse?

You’ll thrive. Hundreds of our graduates use this understanding every day in acute care, clinics, education, leadership, public health, and case management—becoming the calm, clear presence in any room and seeing people beyond their diagnoses.

What if I do want more freedom, my own practice, or a career change?

Perfect. We show you how to build a sustainable coaching practice, offer cash-pay services, create workshops and products, integrate coaching into your current role, or step into new positions that finally fit your life instead of sacrificing your life for the job.

Will I be supported throughout the program?

Yes—deeply. You’ll have live mentorship, coaching labs, a private community, Insight Circles, office hours, real-time faculty feedback, and a team that truly cares about your transformation, not just your certificate.

Can this help me earn more money?

Yes, and in an aligned way. When you coach from genuine insight and presence, people feel the difference and happily pay for it. Graduates have built $3K–$10K+/month practices, added coaching income streams to clinical roles, created digital products and CE programs, and moved into higher-paying, lower-stress positions.

Program Requirements

What are the requirements to take your course?

Our program is designed for nurses and can also be taken by wellness professionals who are interested in learning skills in resilience and coaching that empower them in their patient care.

Any interested person can take our course but to become a Board Certified Holistic Nurse or a Board Certified Nurse Coach a student must follow the requirements set by the AHNCC.

I’m burned out. Do I need to “fix myself” before joining?

No. In fact, this program is precisely where burned-out nurses rediscover their strength. You don’t need to be “ready” or “healed.”

You only need curiosity and a willingness to look in a new direction. Many nurses enroll at their lowest point and find clarity, peace, and purpose far faster than they ever imagined.

Do I need prior coaching experience or knowledge of the Three Principles?

No. You only need curiosity and a desire to help people in a deeper way. We teach you everything from the ground up, starting with reconnecting you to your own innate wisdom.
