Laura Alessio is a bilingual, Spanish-speaking nurse coach based in Puerto Rico who brings together nursing, cultural awareness, and whole-person wellbeing. Grounded by her work in the Peace Corps and years of yoga and meditation practice, Laura’s approach is practical, compassionate, and deeply human.
